“I had a large crack in several places on my windshield that occurred yesterday. This morning I took my SUV in to A 1 Auto Glass. I was expecting to be told to bring it back tomorrow. To my surprise Fred informed me he could do it today. He asked what insurance company I have and I provided him with the name. He then got on the phone and filed the claim for me. The crack extended and I knew it was time to get my windshield replaced. Fred was great to communicate with. He's professional and you can tell he's done this for years (32 years from our convo!). "Fred is pleasant to speak with over the phone and in person. Our windshield suffered two small cracks from a flying rock on the freeway; the damage was small enough (less than a quarter's width) so Fred offered a discount. $40 per crack is the regular price for repairs. The fix did not make the windshield look brand new but he reassured us that it was back to its original strength and integrity. A-1 stands behind its work so should there be complications with the repair, I trust that the staff will take care of it. I don't wish to return soon but accidents do happen -- and when it happens, I'd visit A-1 again. P.S. This place is one of AAA's recommended glass repair shops in Stockton."

"A few weeks ago I was able to get a quote very quickly. The price was comparably less than other estimates I was given. Fred was able to get my car fixed within a few hours after dropping it off without an appointment. The final job looked great and so far has held up very well, especially with the rainy weather. I would recommend this business for good prices, fast work, and solid results."
